Where is the best place to purchase lumber when building a fence?

I’ve heard Home Depot and Lowes don’t have the best quality in lumber when it comes to fence supplies. Is there anywhere else in the North Carolina area that may have good lumber? Obviously it needs to be ready to go so I don’t have to cut it myself.
This is for a 6 foot privacy fence with 4×4 posts and dog eared pickets with 2×4 stringers.

What does it mean when a lumber houses settle?

How or where can I find pressure-treated lumber without knotholes?
